Death knell for a 2:30 kickoff vs. USC ???

Madison - Wisconsin's nonconference football game Sept. 18 against visiting Arizona State has been set for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff, ESPN officials announced Tuesday.

The game is to be televised regionally by ABC and can be seen out of region on ESPN2.

There are many iterations of the term "regionally". There have been several times, even last year, when the Baggers were pre-empted in the Twin Cities by another game.
