and yet he gave his heart and soul out there... he and RS3...maybe DJ needs to step it up and be this teams leader...westbrook is obviously acting like the T.O and Chad Johnson of the NFL...he's no leader...DJ is the only other senior that plays valuable minutes...come on DJ bring this team to life!
I said it earlier on yesterday, but it was painfully obvious that these guys were beaten before the game even started. Taking the court was a mere formality. The team had no intentions of playing hard on either end and basically mailed it in from the five minute mark on. It was a truly pathetic display on every front.
Having said all that, at least Damian was embarrassed by what went on. It's just too bad most of his teammates didn't feel the same way during the game. These guys need to grow a pair really soon because if we're already going to start mailing in certain games, it won't be worth the effort to even try for the NCAAs.
