This was brought up in another thread, but color me surprised. I was assuming teams would wait for at least a week or so for things to settle down a bit.

Guess we'll see if this prompts the bigger schools to follow suit, or if they'll wait till next week.

There is one advantage in that if you were waiting for a coach that was in the NCAA tournament, you no longer have to wait to talk to him.

If coaches are fired this week they should be granted another year on their contracts because they didn't get to finish their seasons.
