Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the phrase "Complementary Offense" imply that Iowa's Offense is on equal footing with its Defense and Special Teams? We have all heard BF (and possibly others) use that phrase. If I were the Defensive or Special Teams Coordinator at Iowa, I would be seriously offended for the suggestion that their Offense complementing either in a positive way. If dad wasn't the coach, would anybody else be kept as long.

They were last week. They rushed for 200 and scored twice. Today not so much. 11 rushing yards with a long of 7.

Today they turned ball over and did nothing after we handed the a penalty supported drive.

It’s who they are and have been for years.
