There's been promotion-relegation talk here before, and while it's not realistic that it would happen, I stumbled across this last night. This guy created a autoplayed video game simulation of 8 seasons of FBS college football. The way it worked, is that each conference had a P&R partner so teams would go up and down between their partner conference.

It would never happen, but I found it fascinating to watch and wonder "what if it DID happen?"
