Per Chip:

The problems sabotaging the offense run deeper than just the quarterback position.

Their entire offense looks broken right now.

The line struggles to provide adequate pass protection.

The receivers can't create separation on routes, drop too many passes and frequently fail to grab contested catches.

The quarterback play has not been good enough.

Kirk Ciarrocca's blueprint basically hinges on Ibrahim playing the role of Superman. Ibrahim is the ultimate grinder who never stops fighting for yards, but that formula won't cut it against quality Big Ten defenses.

Go Gophers!!

We just don't have the players to consistently compete against the best teams...3 stars can win a big game but aren't going to win championships.

The worst parts of our offense are actually the 3 highest rated players....

Right Guard, Right Tackle, and WR 2.

All were highly rated. All transfered here. All should not be seeing playing time at a B-10 program.

Our problem is we are as conservative as it gets. We have 7 plays that we run over and over. Yes, there are some variations of what that play can be based on the RPO read, but if you game plan for blitzing on the right side, playing man to man tight coverage on our undersized WRs that give up on their routes when you bump them at the line, you can beat us pretty easy if you have a decent defense.

We need a QB that can run which keeps the LBs at home. This opens up the middle of the field for Spann-Ford and crossing WRs. We currently don't have the OL that can protect long enough nor the threat of a mobile QB that can keep the defense from selling out against us.

AK kept plays alive last night where if Morgan were QB, it was a sack or throw away.

But the my vols have been lights out. Another carpet bagger

These types of examples can never be given too often. People need to understand that football high school star rankings are neither scientific nor highly reliable. While far from perfect, they are more reliable for basketball players.
