Here's a thumbnail look at how I see the Field of 68 shaping up just 3 days shy of Selection Sunday (if there is one). The next opponent for all non-automatic qualifiers & non-locks is listed in parentheses.

If we have a Selection Sunday, my final Field of 68 projection will be posted at Gopher Hole sometime in the wee hours of Sunday morning after all the Saturday championship games have been completed. Crossing my fingers we'll have one.

Sure appears likely we may not have a Selection Sunday or March Madness, but I have updated the above breakdown through yesterday's (Wednesday) games. Hoping we have basketball this weekend so that we can at least have a Selection Sunday, but. ...

On a side note, amazing that the Gophers are 15-16, but their NET has climbed to #42 after yesterday's win over Northwestern.
