First Star
Travis Boyd, Minnesota
F – Jr. – Hopkins, Minn.


· Paced all Big Ten players with four points (two goals, two assists) while leading the Gophers to a win and a tie at the Mariucci Classic
· Notched one goal on six shots during Friday’s 2-2 tie with Colgate
· Tallied a career-high three points (one goal, two assists) in Saturday’s 6-2 victory over Rensselaer
· Earned a spot on the Mariucci Classic All-Tournament Team
· Claims his first career Big Ten weekly award
· Last Minnesota honoree: Justin Kloos (Third Star) on Dec. 10, 2013

Kyle Rau, Minnesota
F – Jr. – Eden Prairie, Minn.


· Recorded three points (two goals, one assist) as the Gophers earned a win and a tie at the Mariucci Classic
· Tallied an assist on the game-tying goal in Friday’s 2-2 tie against Colgate
· The assist was Rau’s 100th career point, making him the third active Big Ten player to reach that milestone
· Notched two goals on Saturday as Minnesota defeated Rensselaer, 6-2
· Claims his second career Big Ten weekly award after being named Third Star on Oct. 15, 2013

· Registered three points (two goals, one assist) as Wisconsin posted a weekend split with Alaska Anchorage
· Established single-game career highs for goals (two) and points (three) during Saturday’s 4-3 victory
· Tallied his first game-winning goal of the season
· Leads all Big Ten defensemen in points (15) and points per game (0.83)
· Earns his first career Big Ten weekly award
· Last Wisconsin honoree: Michael Mersch (Second Star) and Brad Navin (Third Star) on Dec. 17, 2013
