Dawson has to quit stopping the ball, and Ben needs to have them play as they did when he was out. Dawson will get his shots through the offense, but doesn't need to be the focus has he has been. Ben also has to keep JOJ on the floor and get Payne on the floor more. When the ball moves and they play together other guys score. When the ball stops at Dawson, and they are trying to run through him he gets his points but they are inefficient and everyone else watches.
