Per Athlon:

15. Minnesota
What to Watch on Offense:
Can the Golden Gophers get New Hampshire transfer Max Brosmer settled at quarterback? The ground game should be solid, and four starters are back to man the trenches for '24.

What to Watch on Defense: Coach PJ Fleck returns eight starters, but this unit will miss safety Tyler Nubin and lineman Kyler Baugh. Also, there's a new play-caller with Corey Hetherman taking over for Joe Rossi (left for Michigan State).

Go Gophers!!

Baylor and Cal put together don’t have as much bearishness surrounding their programs

Rutgers. No OSU, Michigan, PSU or Oregon on their schedule
Power rankings are not results based. Same as why if you included FCs teams in power rankings they’re not ahead of the sec just because they’ll beat other teams.
