Witches, warlocks and wolverines awaken.
Our beloved gopher, wounded, struggles to not be taken.
As the skies start to darken.
The faithful revelers mixed in with the maize and blue heathens
Hoping this macabre contest will be an apparition

Beavcoon predicts the Gophers are going to lose to the Wolverines because the Witches and Warlocks have awakened the sleeping giant that was Michigan. Seen it all on Gopherhole now.

Wounded Gophers with Injury's galore to get pounded on Halloween by the Mighty Wolverine per the Beavcoon poet.
 

I could be wrong, but I think he is professing his love for the Gophers and he wants to see the fart phantom.
 

Roses are red, Violets are blue, Beavcoon's posts are bad.
 


Edgar Allan Beavcoon. I don't see it as a prediction to lose...the negativity that's in this town sucks.
 


Beavcoon1 is an impostor (this was his first post). He is not the Beavcoon.

Beavcoon was a much better poet - this guy, not so much. My guess is he's a Michigan or Wisconsin English PHD trying to impress us with his writing skills between pizza deliveries.

He's the Harry Dunn to Lloyd Christmas.
 

What happened to the OB (original Beavcoon)? I think it is a good poem and seems to sum up the mood around this game.

Beavcoon walking home in the dark
Scary sights abound yet no fear is in his beavcoon heart
He drinks from the jug and goes to bed with a smile on his face
For he witnessed a Gopher ambush that brought fear to the mitten shaped state
And brought stain to the khakis of maize

The Wounded Gopher rises up and smashes the Jug over the Khakis and Maize man's head.

Everyone at work expects a beatdown, even some Gopher grads.
I still have a miniature version of the little brown jug that I bet with a Michigan co-worker. She expects an easy victory for Michigan just because of Khakis Harbaugh.
I expect the Gophers to put up a hell of a fight
and I intend on keeping this version of the little brown jug at my desk until at least 2019. SKI-U-Mah !
