Not sure about Seinfeld episode (Puddy was hilarious though), but Todd is O.J. Mayo's younger brother. This is his first year at that high school. Kid scores the ball a lot. I asked FOT awhile back who is recruiting him, but FOT wasn't sure.

Memphis is recruiting him. West Virginia and Arkansas are 2 others. Not the Gophers.
