Action Network out of Vegas; Collin Wilson does some nice work for them.
Use the rating numbers to get an idea of expected line.

For example:

Wisconsin with an 86, Minnesota with an 83...so, on a neutral field, WI by 3...at The Bank, pick 'em.
Illinois with 82.5, Minnesota with 83...in MPLS, Gophs with the edge.
Purdue with a 79.5, Gophs at 83...in West Lafayette, Gophs slight edge.
Iowa with a 78, Minnesota with 83, in Iowa City, Gophs with the edge.
Nebraska with a 76.5; in MPLS, Gophs by almost 10.

Double digit favorites:

Louisiana at 70.5 (here)
Northwestern at 70 (there)
MSU at 69.5 (here)
EMU at 58 (here)

NC with an 87 implies TarHeels about a 7 point favorite in Chapel Hill
MI with a 98.5 implies Gophs a 12.5 home dog
OSU with a 95.5 and game in Columbus means Bucks by 15.5

Compare with expected lines using ESPN's Connelly's SP ratings:

OSU 30 (OSU by 21)
MI 28.8 (MI by 14)
WI 15.8 (WI by 1)
UNC 13.5 UNC by 4.5)
IA 13.2 (IA by 4)
MN 12.0
MSU 7.9 (MN by 7)
IL 7.0 (MN by 8)
PU 5.7 (MN by 3)
NE 5.3 (MN by 10)
Louisiana -4.8 (MN by 20)
NW -6.7 (MN by 16)
EMU -13.1 (MN by 28)

Interesting to me that North Carolina opens on road, in an ABC night game, at rival South Carolina.

Connelly has Gamecocks with an 11.6 ranking...Vegas may have them favored over TarHeels.

Then, UNC has to gear up for AppState, which can be a tricky match-up. UNC escaped Appy last year with a 63-61 win.

With pass rush improved, and new corners/nickels good to go, Gophs could make a statement in Chapel Hill week three.

GoGophers! Beat Nebraska!
