This looks on pace to be a sellout or extremely close to it by the end of the day

the $215 and $335 seats not jumping off the shelf...that may take a week or more
still about 450 $150 seats to move...that may take until weekend
the last of the $120 and $110 may be gone by end of day

I am hearing student section is sold out...hope it is oversold by a good factor.

would guess the digital pass seats will take up all the SRO spots again

Hold out for at least $1,000.00 each for trip towards Pasadena or Norleans, LOL! Special price for red rodents.

I'm looking for one. Anybody?

We share our ST's with friends and they got the W game. But our family Tday plans have changed so I'm hoping to get to TCF

as of nov. 19, all that shows up as left below $215 are singles. sold those 52 remaining $150 seats quickly yesterday.

nothing in the lower deck but singles.

about 515 of the $215 upper deck seats between the 20 yard lines listed as remaining...

126 of the outdoor clubs show up as left at $335...

interested to see if any new tickets get released...student section, visitors section, group blocks, parents seats, etc...

good to get back to near where we were in 2015 with interest in Gopher football!

not quite the same numbers for attendance as 2015 (we had the Vikings bleachers then) but revenue probably up with the higher prices...

2015 attendance: 54,147 for TCU, 52,823 for Kent State, 53,917 for Ohio, 54,062 for Nebraska, 50,789 for Michigan, 47,976 for Illini, 52,850 for Wisconsin.

52,823 for Kent State

Dude, they sold 53k tickets for KSU that year?! That's crazy. Citrus Bowl and hype. If this team goes to the Rose Bowl, you can bet ticket sales for 2020 will be unreal.

big news was selling all the 600 tix returned from Badgers yesterday...at $85 each nice $53,000 revenue boost...

485 left at $215, 115 left at $335...

would guess they would open up some upper deck student section seats...would think they could sell another 1,000 at $85 to general public.

OK, each Big Ten away team gets 3,000 tickets to sell for each away game. Who gets that money? I assumed it was the home team, not the away team doing the selling. Which is it?

IIRC the away team "buys" them from the home team. Presumably at a reasonable price. The reason I belive that is mostly based on occasional conflicts that erupted in other conferences about ticket allocations and etc.

B1G is a pretty quiet / chummy conference so we really never hear much conflict that would provide much insight.

Yeah student tickets will most likely sell out but not for a while.
I'll be a bit shocked if the student section sells out... well sells out with all students with kids going home and such.

The visiting ticket allotment is "reserved" for the visitors and the visiting school can determine how the tickets are allocated to their fan base, but all proceeds are handled by the home team just like any other ticket sales. The visiting school, in this case wisconsin, is simply a conduit for the funds from their fans to the U.

Thank you, that is what I thought.

Ticket counter has returned - showing 713 at the moment.

I would assume it should be a sellout by the end of this weekend.

I believe the student tickets have sold out, from what I have heard.

clarification from my previous post: perhaps there are some more student tickets but at the very least student guest tickets are sold out. Not sure if they are purchased or handled differently?

Oh, and the red numbered counter is back on the U of M ticket site for the Wisconsin game. Down to about 700 tickets total. All the singles in the corners are now gone. Only singles or other seats in the beautiful people sections left now.

And on Stubhub, the availability is lower and prices are higher than they were with just a day or two prior to the Penn State game. So, this looks like a much hotter ticket than the Penn State game, which of course had a lot of buzz. Plus this time there are no deals for vets, free companion tickets for students, etc. etc. Should be yet another great atmosphere at TCF Bank Stadium.
