Road Trip

My wife and I will be leaving Houston on Thursday, November 21 to make our way to Chicago for the Northwestern game. Happy to hear any suggestions on where to stay. Probably take in the Bears/Giants game the following day.

After a successful weekend in Chicago we will head to Minneapolis to watch a couple Gopher hockey games, Gopher basketball and the route of the Wisconsin Badgers.

So excited to catch a road game and get to back to Minneapolis for the final home game of the year.

Should be a great trip and solid time spent with the Mrs.

Last time we went, we tried "air bnb" and were able to get a brownstone that was a couple blocks from lake Michigan and a couple blocks to the L.

It was a nice neighborhood, we had a dog with us and it was a good place to walk him as we could head to the paths on the lake and walk around the paths at the lake.

I can't find the exact place. But there is a ton of similar stuff on air bnb.

I go to Chicago pretty often and almost always stay at the Warwick Allerton. Great location and great value compared to most hotels on Michigan Ave.
