I'm thinking Gophers +4.5; Penn St. has been dominant against good teams and the MSU win was impressive on the road.

This should be a really close game coming down to a turnover to decide the outcome.

Gophers are going to roll them by 17 or more.

The Gophers have played their last 12 games with the mentality for this game.
They are ready and they will win.

Massey has Penn State up 11 in its matchup tool (neutral site). So I'm guessing +7.5 Minnesota / -7.5 Penn State.
 

Apparently it opened PSU -4.5 on fan duel according to the PSU 247 forum.
