What are all those 2 loss teams doing on the undefeated teams with a bye list?

It looks like top 25 teams with BYE's in the same week listed alphabetically, just one more way we lose to Alabama.

I thought Penn St had a bye too. Or am I mistaken?

I see that wasn't the whole tweet. It includes Penn St, Texas and Wisconsin as well.

Minnesota, Texas and Oklahoma are the only 3 teams to have a winning record against both Nebraska and Alabama.
