Although the 2018 Gophers finished strong, they also had some embarrassing losses — taking it on the chin against also-rans Illinois, Nebraska and Maryland. The memory of those three poorly-played games might have made some Gopher fans reluctant to believe that this year's team is really legit.

Well, last night the maroon and gold put on another sterling show in our "Rodent Revenge Tour, 2019".

Two down, and one to go. Look out, Maryland; we're coming for you!
