The Mbakwe case is about as black and white as you can get.
In most cases where an athlete is disciplined, we know something happened and that the said athlete was involved to some extent... but perhaps not how involved or how serious his actions were.
With Trevor, he is either 100% guilty or 100% totally uninvolved. The filtered reports I've seen seem to indicate that the evidence against Trevor is based, solely, on a dubious identification by the victim, who's original description of the perpetrator does not fit Trevor.
