[PREDICT THE SPREAD] - Minnesota vs Nebraska

Line opens at Nebraska -2.5. But please, Rain Man, give us morans an education on how lines are set these days.

Point taken.

I’m not convinced that is a real line. I’m based in New Jersey for now so OddsShark is blocked, can someone post the name of the Sportsbook where I can go bet that number?

Going to do some online banking quick and move some cash around if that really is the number.

Yes, that line is bogus and there is no one taking that bet. I suspect no line until NE QB status is known. I would guess Gophers -3.5 when all is said and done.

So OddsShark has Oklahoma/Texas as OK -3.5 ....

These numbers are all bogus and are likely holdovers from the preseason. One of the websites OddsShark pulls data from probably misconfigured their API and it looks like the computers talking to each other are sending preseason lines.

There’s no way this can be bet and therefore it is not a real line. Sloppy “reporting” from Ryan Burns.

The real opening line will be out in about an hour.

Have you ever noticed how everything you say is wrong?

Take it up with OddsShark, not me.

Still butthurt that you don't understand the difference between a read option and a run-pass option?

I think you are confusing dpo with highwayman or g4l...

This is the same guy that last week claimed we have run no more than 10 zone reads since Fleck got here.
Like his take about everything is just incorrect. It's not even a matter of opinion. He's factually wrong.

And my favorite part is that he's a condescending prick to everyone while being wrong about everything.

He's like our own little version of Barreiro.

Might not get an actual spread for a few days until it’s more clear whether Martinez is playing... but initial reports make it sound like he will be OK.

What do you think the spread will be next week?

Nebraska should be favored by a few (Robinson, Martinez), but instead it will be Gophers by five or six, dropping closer to three by game time. Just a guess. The two teams are very evenly matched, in my view.

Ummm.....

Are we at the “never have, never will” stage today or at the “rarely” stage?
