They have collapsed two weeks in a row. Sometimes the only way to reach guys is the cold hard truth. They will likely respond positively and win or at least compete.
There is nothing more disgusting as a coach than when your team lays down like dogs. One way to make them change is to embarrass them. You gotta get their attention. Give a cause...make them prove you wrong.
