FIRE KIRK CIARROCCA!!!!

Serious question to you all: is Fleck too loyal to Ciarrocca?

He wasn't loyal to Robb Smith, because Smith was a new coach to him. But Ciarrocca has been him since 2013 at WMU.

We all saw the step change improvement from switching out Smith.

Is Fleck actually prepared and capable of making the same switch on offense, if it is warranted?

An OC switch mid-season would be much much harder to adjust to then a DC switch was. So much of defense is based on reacting to what the other team is doing whereas offense is making your attack work against the opposing team.

And let me be clear I am not anywhere close to the fire KC bandwagon. They need to get the O-Line figured out, if they can do that and get them to the point where they are better protecting Morgan this offense has the potential to take off given the playmakers in it.

Play along both lines has been disappointing to date. Need to figure out the right combos on both sides to get things back on track moving forward.
