Fleck has had 2 full recruiting classes ranked 7th and 10th in the conference. That's not exactly bottom 3 or 4 in the B1G.

11th in the conference in average player rating in 2019. Maybe that is what Word was referring to.

Yes 11th in average recruit ranking, 10th overall for 2019. For 2018 it was 7th overall and 8th in average recruit ranking.
10th/11th for sure is not "stellar". 7th is good, but still don't think I'd call it stellar.
