    Here comes the usual caveat:

    Just because you're favored to win due to head to head stats in X games... doesn't mean that you're favored to win X games.


    I'm excited, but stats and just history tells you almost no team is beyond a derp or two each year.

    He is not projecting us to start 8-0. You could make a much more sound argument that he actually expects us to start 1-1.

    This is correct.

    Also, S/P+ is Bill C's devised formula, but his his personal prediction. If that makes sense

    correct based on percentages. 47% likely to start 2-0. 7% chance for 8-0 start. between .1% and .2% chance at 12-0
