I keep seeing here that the heated field is no longer in play at TCF bank stadium. The heated field is permanent and was used twice last year for our games. Will be used this year if needed.
 

Someone said it seriously a while back.


I think the repetition we see now is done just as a joke.

Yeah I was skeptical that the AD went through the effort to dig up the coils and tear up the field rather than just not use them.
 


and when they were digging up the coils, they found Norwood Teague's body. that's why no one has seen him after he was fired.
 

I feel like this gets brought up at least a few times per year. I'm starting to think the athletic department has been playing a prank on us this entire time....and there were NEVER heating coils at all.
 


I mean, what even is a heating coil???

What are we talking here? Hot water? Electricity? Sewer rats?
