Default Trump Has Been Really Good for the Economy

    Facts:

Since President Trump took office almost 5 million jobs have been created

The economy added 304,000 jobs in January

    Jobless claims sunk 23,000

For the 1st time in 10+ years wage growth broke 3% in 2018

Why would anyone vote for a Democrat to reverse all of this?

The first twenty three months of the trump presidency lags behind the last twenty three months of the Obama presidency in job creation by 230K jobs, looney less. 4.82M for Obama, 4.59M for trump.

Even if we ignore the "post hoc ergo propter hoc" correlation/causation logical fallacies here, and even if we ignore the fact that you could have made a similar list for Barack Hussein Obama, the wage growth thing has been proven to be oversimplified at least 10 times ON THIS BOARD. Those are NOMINAL numbers. What matters are REAL numbers. When accounting for inflation wage growth has been lower than it was for long periods under Obama.

What really matters is that we live in a country where 40% of the population wouldn't care a lick if Trump gunned somebody down on Fifth Avenue. What really matters is that 40% of the country think that Obama, Holder and Hillary should be heading off to jail any day. To that 40% facts are no longer pesky things because they don't exist. Even our self appointed Board Austrian Economist has abandoned addition and subtraction when shown ten different ways that tax revs are down since the new tax law went into effect.

    1) Trump gunning down on 5th Ave? One of the dumbest things I've ever read on GH

    2) Obama, Holder to jail? Nah, they are just knuckleheads

    3) Hillary- yes, she absolutely should be in jail.

Whatís dumb about number (1) is that itís literally proving to be true.

How is it true? I missed any news where Trump is randomly gunning down people. Really, really dumb.

Yah, Trump should probably be in jail, too.

I agree; I was way off when I said ďliterally.Ē

For the first time I remember going back to the crash of 08, neither of our utility stocks (Xcel, Allete) have increased their dividend for this year. That's very rare, and I've always observed that it's a bellwether of the economy.

The Trump Economy is just the tail end of the Obama Economy. The Trump Economy starts in 2019 and the outlook is not promising.

Yep. The echo chamber that caused them to believe Romey would romp to victory in 2012 is now completely sealed shut. No facts enter. And the ones still smart enough to no they're being lied to are willing to ignore it to "own libs" which is the only principle they really care about.
