You like to make up your own definitions to words, so sure, he's a star. Getting within 3 points of a Senate seat in Texas isn't nothing. He's polling 7% already! He's a good, inspiring speaker. That's worth something, but I don't think he will be the nominee based on that. There's not much substance there.

Kilmeade is the gift that keeps on giving. In a discussion on how many Hispanic voters voted for Trump, he felt the need to say "And let's remember, that many Mexican immigrants are here legally..."

It worked for Obama. Unaccomplished, short time Senator from Illinois.

His eyes are awfully close together. Inbreeding.

I’ve heard similar on MPR, read similar on Vox/the like, from various people who are clearly smart on this stuff. Well smarter than me. Seems the consensus is that he really doesn’t have a resume to be a front runner.

Only one thing: we’re dealing with democracy here. Lots of non-smart and/or non-logically motivated voters. So it’s almost guaranteed that what smart people think will or should happen, WON’T happen.

And whoever the next President is, they'll have the good fortune of succeeding the most ignorant, incompetent President in history and look tremendous by comparison. Obama didn't have quite that good fortune, but he still had a low bar to jump over with W.

Hillary wouldn’t have lasted. She no doubt would’ve been impeached. Haha

Robert Francis O’Rpurke said this on global warming while in Iowa last week:

"This is our final chance. The scientists are absolutely unanimous on this. That we have no more than 12 years to take incredibly bold action on this crisis."

And Lefties complained about Trump and GOP candidates misleading voters?

Any Dems care to defend that comment?

A consequence of typing on an iPhone without reading glasses. I’m still not used to carrying those around.
