Wow do I miss those days! When you have a guy coming off the bench as good as Quincy Lewis, you know you have a great team. To this day, I still think the Gophers would've beaten Kentucky in the Final Four if Eric Harris was healthy...

The bench on that team, in some ways, was almost perfectly crafted. Help at every position with the exception of PG.

A talented young forward capable of instant offense: Q

A talented young shooting guard, also capable of instant offense: Charles Thomas

A veteran banger providing valuable minutes for frontcourt: Trevor Winter

A cocky youngster forward who couldn't make a basket to save his life, but still provided valuable frontcourt minutes on defense & the boards: Miles Tarver

What a great moment in Gopher history, I know, I know it didn't happen.

Bobby Jackson's senior season was the best by any Gopher athlete I've ever seen (32 years of fandom and counting). He was clutch, tough as nails...an unstoppable badass. Man, what I would give to have Pitino land another one like him.

The last Gopher player to 100% have the “it” factor. Bobby was a stone-cold winner, an assassin.

I fully approve this. It was a great time for us students on campus that year, love this reminder

I've never seen a player improve more from one season to the next than Eric Harris from his junior to his senior year. Unbelievable... and a great complement to Bobby. Total studs!

Loved watching that team, they were so committed defensively. People forget that Kentucky played without all SEC player Derrick Anderson.

That's lame sauce, loser. You go on believing that the only reason they went to the Final Four is that Gangelhoff wrote some papers for them. Thinking people know better.

We road trip them all the way to Indy that year and it was one of my sports highlights ! Still remember the way Bobby Jackson drove hard to the rim and drained 3's . Loved watching that team.
