3 different freshman have been freshman of the week. That's pretty cool!

Let's get a defensive freshman of the week now!
 

The "getting younger" part continues to show some traction.
 

At quick glance of NCAA Total Receiving Yards:

#9 Rondale Moore, Fr - Purdue 74-833 yds (11.2) 7 TDS
#15 Jayden Reed, Fr - Western Michigan 46-667 (14.5) 8 TDS
#79 Rashod Bateman, Fr - Minnesota 42-578 (13.8) 6 TDS

These are the Top 3 Freshman Wideouts in the country.
Hoping for some post season awards for Bateman. I think if he keeps working hard, he is well on his way. Congratulations to him on his award this week.
 




I didn't get to see the Illinois game due to moving and have no interest in finding a replay. Were his catches when the game was still meaningful or did he pick up a lot of garbage yards?

Late in game.
 

Congrats to him. Any positives on offense are easy to overlook in the wake of the defensive debacle. He’s a special player. I’m thankful he came to the U and am looking forward to watching him throughout his career here.
