Rivers entered the concussion protocol after the Maryland game. He didn't practice Tuesday and was in the green no contact jersey Wednesday while at least getting some throws in. Odds are Bush will likely get the nod again for Saturday's 2:30 p.m. kickoff against Minnesota and be back in the starting lineup for the sixth time this season.

"(Rivers) said he feels better now," Illinois offensive coordinator Rod Smith said Monday. "Obviously I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you he's going to be ready to go. That's up to the athletic training staff and the doctors, but he said he felt better.
