What are the rules regarding changing out a wet football? It seemed to me that our Gophers should have changed it out more frequently. Especially before that first(?) punt. The way it sounded in the stadium, it was he kicked a ball that was soaked for a week. Maybe I missed it, but it didn't appear that the ball was getting changed out very often.
