Personally think it will somewhat of another down year for the B1G, but no way the conference gets as few NCAA tourney teams as last year. Mich St has to be the strong favorite, and Rutgers is the clear cellar dweller. Other than that I could move just about any of the rest of these teams up or down a couple of spots without much argument.

If we stay healthy and eligible, I think we can be a Top Four Big Ten team. We have some guys who like Pitino says have to be hungry. They were a big part of a good team...Coffey, McBrayer, Murphy, Curry. Add a settled in Washington and Omersa provides a lane presence The other freshmen I think surpass last years guys and Stull and Matz hopefully add something, plus the bonus guy Hurt usually doesn't make horrible mistakes. Anxious to see how we look to begin. That's 11 candidates for playing time...we have not had that any time lately.
