-- Freshman Daniel Oturu told Pitino last month he felt like he was ready to play coming off shoulder surgery, but he's not fully cleared yet, per a source. Neither is redshirt sophomore Eric Curry, who missed last season with a knee injury. The Gophers' first official practice for the 2018-19 season is Sept. 26. Oturu and Curry are likely to compete for the starting center spot this season.

Oturu very close....Curry ??? Stockman is looking more important
 

Nice that Marcus is reiterating what Pitino said on KFAN on Wednesday.

Curry is practicing, full contact, just not full time. Oturu is ahead of him. I'm not worried.

Coffey was just fully cleared as well

I don't know....he cut the hair and then got hurt.....maybe the two were connected....

In all seriousness though will be huge to get him back in the mix this year because when healthy he has the ability to be a major contributer on this team.
 

Big hair gives him a bigger presence on the court. Grow more hair!
