I've had similar gains this last year.
Whenever you put on 175 to 200 lbs of beer weight you know you're ready for football to begin...
 

I also want to note the week I made my best gains, (when I drank several beers, a few bags of chips, and a couple pints of ice cream), I did not earn Nekton of the week.

Also stronger. Like in the OL thread, weights are being rounded to 5 pound increments.
