per the OZone:

Any team in the West Division could become a Wisconsin-type of program. The only thing holding them back is vision and consistency.

Both of those attributes are coming more into style all over the division, which is great for the conference as a whole.

But when we rank the coaches, the top of the heap still holds a familiar face. The rest of the list, however, is incredibly difficult to slot.

6. Minnesota Golden Gophers
Amazingly, P.J. Fleck’s first year at Minnesota was also the worst season record-wise for the Gophers since 2011. The 5-7 season was a disappointment coming off of a nine-win season, but three of the losses were by a score or less. Things might not be much better this year considering the gigantic question mark right now at quarterback.

Go Gophers!!

So if I read this correctly it is not really about coaching...it's about last years record and the anticipated record for this year? Is that how everyone else reads it. Kind of a misleading article.
