Understand, there would be no United States of America without the electoral college. 45 states (give or take) would never have joined the union if their votes were not going to matter.

California for example, has no case. They joined the union as a low population state & benefited from the EC for nearly 100 years. Now that they're a high population state, they complain about the system they used to become successful?

Sorry, the radical lefties who want to change the fabric of our elections have no case. Dismissed.
Wow, there is so much wrong with that post I don’t know where to begin.

If only we could only modify or change laws? Nope, that has never been done. Darn it.

    Picking and choosing are we?

There has been talk of them breaking up into 3 or 4 different states. Thoughts?

Better post. Poor quality, but made me laugh. The best posts are the ones that actually make me chuckle out loud.

Huh? I am not following what you are saying here. Can you please clarify?

    You shouldn't change good laws.

Two - moving away from the electoral college would be monumental, and may be the best way to break up this union.

    I think it's a great idea (I'd say 2 is enough.)

That was me name calling and quickly moving to an unrelated topic.

Life is to short to be serious all the time.

Default GOP continues in its efforts of vote restriction.

I agree moving away from the electoral college may be to extreme but I believe if we continue to have elections were the minority of voters (satisfied S2?) elect the President. It will result in far more damage and far sooner.

You can’t discard folks vote, call them names, deport their kinfolk and think it will end well!

Clinton won with a minority of voters both times, so did W. Obama in 2012 barely over 50%. A voter whose candidate loses hasn't had their vote discarded. It's really hard to view this any other way than: we don't like losing.

First the "lean" of Hollywood and MSM is greatly exaggerated. And in 2018, I'm not sure it helps. But it sure gives the right something to cry about, play victim and rally the troops with.

You mean the Facebook and Twitter that took Russian rubles to run propaganda that helped Trump? Wow what an advantage that gave the Dems. Brilliant take.
