the early enroll frosh at Rutgers, Art Sitkowski, had a nice Spring and was seen as ahead of Flacco on the depth chart...maybe best looking QB in Spring game and Sitkowski is considered as a possible starter yet...Sitkowski couldn't beat out Annexstad at IMG
