Hoosiers help themselves for 2018-19 season with this gargantuan spring commitment. Northwestern with Evansville grad transfer Ryan Taylor, and Ohio State with Wake Forest grad transfer Keyshawn Woods have also improved their 2018-19 outlook significantly.

Gophers still sitting at 10 scholarship players (able to play next season). Brock Stull by all appearances would be a good fit. Need him.

Go Gophers!!

my kid will be that IU next year as well...maybe not playing for the IU basketball team just yet. Romeo's New Albany team lost to Warren Central in a Regional or Semi-state game by a buzzer beater. He is a good kid, and good basketball player. My kid is 6-9, 230 lbs. he has only been playing basketball one year, was a soccer goalie/defender/striker prior. So still learning, and still growing. Doc projects him to be a 7 footer within next year or two. Its going to be hard to watch the games when IU plays Minny. Since that is where i grew up and all, but if my kid ends up playing there sorry GOPHERS but i will have to cheer against u a couple of time a year. GO MINNESOTA.

A novel idea...highly rated, 5* player choosing to stay home. MN kids could learn a thing or two on that.

This is an interesting take-away of how the ongoing shoe scandals could affect other highly rated recruits, and potentially scare them away from schools in the sights of the FBI. I wonder if Matthew Hurt is thinking the same way about Kansas.

Coming from the guy holding up the adidas sock behind the kid right after he made the announcement. Not sure I can take this seriously.

IU is an Adidas school, just not on the FBI’s radar as far as we know.

I'm aware. Just thought it was funny last night. Dad holding up a sock right behind Romeo. Was kind of odd. No Indiana logo on it, but the adidas logo was right out front. Then seeing the quote from him about a school that is a "victim" of adidas...made me laugh a little.

I went to grad school at IU...your kid will love it there. Bloomington is an awesome college town. When you go visit, I strongly recommend Mother Bear's Pizza and Nick's English Hut.
