I’m guessing the out of conference schedule for next year is already set in place by Stollings and the next coach is stuck with it?

Job description leaves open the L Whalen option.

I’m guessing the out of conference schedule for next year is already set in place by Stollings and the next coach is stuck with it?

The non-conference schedule (except for home & home contracts) is usually put together in the early summer for release in August.

Purdue recently released a preliminary out of conference schedule; so some teams set them early. I'm guessing we are done with VCU and Georgetown. Maybe we have Xavier, San Diego, UC Riverside and Cal Poly etc. returning to the schedule. Anyway, any coach worth her whistle will know how to say she inherited the troublesome bits.
