I have a bachelors degree, play beer league hockey and coached 2 years of mini-mite. Am I qualified?

Not too many outside coaches have experience with Big 10 rules. That will kick out many prospects.

I think this job posting has a few extra requirements that they would be willing to look past for a coach they are actively pursuing, to discourage a ton of local high-school coaches and what-not from applying. Plus the Experience with NCAA and Big Ten rules is a preferred attribute, not a requirement.
