Do you have any good information, hunches or other tidbits on any of the recently announced matchups? I figure we can help each other out to win some $ in the office, family or friends' bracket pool. Maybe you know of an injury that could be problematic, a matchup nightmare, or a metric that you think could be the difference in an outcome. Here's mine:

I think the return of Michael Porter Jr. could take an already solid Mizzou team past an overrated Xavier team in the second round.

Since the tournament expanded to 68 teams in 2011, one team every year from the first four has won at least two games.
 


Disregard TX A+M rough stretch late Dec. Early Jan due to injuries and suspensions. Top 10 team!
 


De'Andre Hunter is done for the year with a broken wrist. One of the most important players for Virginia.
 

I like Gonzaga's path to the Elite Eight.
 






San Diego St. will be a great 8 squad.
