The University of Minnesota women's basketball team is inviting fans to its 2018 NCAA Selection Show Watch Party on Monday, March 12 at Williams Arena.

The event will be free for all who would like to attend, with doors set to open at 5:15 p.m. and the selection show scheduled to air at 6 p.m. on ESPN. The Gophers are projected to earn an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2015.

Join head coach Marlene Stollings and the Gophers in watching the NCAA Selection Show on the center-hung video board that will be lowered to a height that is easily viewable. Fans will be directed to sit in sections 105-107 located directly behind the scorers' table.

Following the selection show, fans are invited to stick around for the Marlene Stollings Radio Show, which will be broadcast live on 93.3 ALT FM from Williams Arena beginning at 7 p.m

Don't know about ESPN, but it would be nice if all the local TV stations come to the event!

ESPN would film team reaction to making it in. That would be cool to see.

They filmed it themselves, but it’d be nice to see them nationwide on the selection show. Hopefully they’ll lose the silly string idea.

Channel 9 is advertising a show at 6:30 PM on Monday with Whalen as a "selection show".
