It was fun, but there were many empty seats even in our section by the goal line on the first deck. Definitely not a sellout! ...
You have to love the totally uninformed, logic-less people that post on public forums (hopefully that doesn't include me!
But seriously, just because someone didn't attend doesn't mean the ticket wasn't sold (grrrrr!!!). There are, unfortunately, way too many reasons a ticket buyer does not attend: illness, scalper purchase, traffic, fans of other schools buying season tickets just for the one game their own team plays, etc. I don't get how people don't understand these seemingly simple concepts: tickets sold > tickets used.
