I think at this point it looks like the B1G is going to top out at just 4 teams. I just don't see Maryland making it with the loss of Jackson. I honestly don't even think there's another serious candidate. IU is 4-2 in league, but has an RPI in the upper 90's, so they might not even make the NIT if it started today.

Agree. I think the only way Big 10 gets 5 is if one of the Big 4 doesn't win conference tourney. I actually think Penn State would have the best chance of rippiing off 4 straight wins in NYC. Can't see anyone else doing that.
