Raiders giving a HC who went 45-51 in last 6 seasons, $100MM deal over 10 years

I have no idea if Gruden will be successful, but I've never understood the obsession over him. Since he won the SB in 2002, the next six years his teams went 45-51 and 0-2 in the playoffs, and now he has a 10-year deal approaching $100MM.
