MSU is 3 in both

Purdue is 21 in both
 

Thought it would be a bigger drop since it was a home loss. Miami didnt move at all in AP poll
 

I'd guess enough people watched and saw McBrayer was out and probably figured it would have been closer still or reversed with him on the court.
 

Completely understandable, the drop. Actually, I'm a bit surprised they didn't fall a couple more spots...Virginia and Arizona State could have been higher with their undefeated records. The Gophers look like they're getting some decent respect from around the country.

The Gophers also are positioned, should they take care of business this week and the rest of the month against a weaker schedule, to be firmly in the Top 10 by the New Year.

Exciting stuff, fellow Gopher rubes. Let's enjoy this ride.
 



Seems about right. Shouldn't really get punished for losing to a top 10 team, especially when you factor in one of your starters being out. If the team takes care of business we should be able to stay in this general area in the rankings. Won't have a lot of opportunities to move up given that there are not many ranked teams in the conference but if we win the majority of our games we shouldn't really slip much either. Just have to avoid the really bad losses or extended losing streaks.
 

Time to win out till the Purdue game.
And then somehow not lay an egg as a top 15 team at the barn for once.
