Unfortunately we have to many snowflakes. And I don't mean the weather. He would have been a great hire. At WS he has proven that his system works, even in bad weather. But then he would had to find a D.C. who understood that there would times when his defense would be back out on the field after a three and out. Some DC can't handle that concept. Can you imagine the Gophers with Leach and TC?
 

I can't imagine what Reusse and Souhan will do with him.
