Not to the level where's there's no room for improvement. Unless I've been misinformed about what an A+ means for 35 years.

Did the increase in tickets sold cover the cost of the increase in HC/assistant salaries? If they did, then I'll agree that there was improvement in the attendance. As to recruiting, you can't make that claim. You can guess as to where the class would have ended up had Claeys been around until national signing day, but you can't say for sure. The group PJ is bringing in this year looks good, but the ranking isn't finished yet with this class. We will get to see where it ends up being ranked though. I'm guessing it will be in the 50 - 70 range when it is all said and done.

It is hard to judge tangible improvements after the first year. We tend to see more of the visible and instantaneous things that didn't go so well. Behind the scenes is probably where you'd want to look for the tangibles.
But, I do think he is shaking up the team toward the long term plan for success.
