In honor of Axe Week, ruppert retuned to Buckyville. But then, someone else came on to say it was not ruppert. Such a dilemma - who to believe? Whatever, it is an amusing sideline to Axe Week.

Yeah, I don't think that's Ruppert. His spelling isn't that bad.

I think it is him. I checked his status and he is banned.
After threatening to move to Canada, he made a wrong turn and ended up in Arizona.

Bring back Ruppert to GopherHole. I thought he was a legit Gopher fan.
 


The banning on this site makes no sense. Certain off-topic posters are consistently awful and Ruppert is banned?

PS The first poster is a fraud. Say what you will about Ruppert but he will die hating Wisconsin.

yes, he deserves better. I think he even invited us all to his lake side home in Ely for beers right?

Two tell-tale signs that it's him:
1. Adds apostrophes when they aren't necessary: "Viking's", "Gopher's", "Twin's", etc.
2. Adds a space before the first quotation mark, but not the second: " Example"

Agreed. A lack of moderation in the off-topic forum has turned that place into a haven for neo-nazi and klan supporting homophobes.
 



Don't usually agree with Ruppert but I don't think of him as one of the individuals deserving of being banned.
 

I think maybe he was logged into his account on his personal computer and a friend (maybe a buddy from Wisconsin who's a badger fan) took the opportunity to embarrass ruppert?

ruppert's an octogenarian, not some college freshman.

Well he uses the internet somehow, and I feel like being that old would make it more likely for someone to check "Remember Me" on a website, and not use a password on their computer. :p
