Go Gophers!!

Didn't Smith run a kick-off back for a touchdown last year against Rutgers?

Not the opening kickoff as was stated in the original post

I had to look it up: Tyrone Carter took the season-opening kickoff 86 yards to the house, and that turned out to be the winning margin in a 17-14 win over Arkansas State.

Just terrific for Croft, who is 2-2 as a starter. The next two games will be rough, but he will be much better next year. - a shame he didn't start from Buffalo on. Kudos also to Rodney Smith, a workhorse runner who gives his all on every play. Just great for them to make players of the week in the B1G. McCrary had a field day, too, and Santoso could be all-conference this senior year. The O-line and the offense finally put it all together and the D stuffed the Husker running game.
